Project Plan
The “Cultural e-competencies in open air” project focuses on promoting cultural competencies through digitization and innovative technologies, with a special emphasis on cultural and environmental heritage.
It aims to create a new e-learning model, developing creative and interdisciplinary skills, while citizens take on a new role as “Culture Builders”.
To create a new open-air museum experience of skills, first and foremost, scientific and administrative coordination of all project activities is necessary through a detailed plan of activities, timelines, responsibilities, expected results, monitoring, evaluation, as well as timely reporting and communication with partners and external clients.
How to create the new open-air museum experience of skills?

A detailed plan of activities, timelines, responsibilities, expected results, monitoring and evaluation;
PRIOR KNOWLEDGE AND IN-DEPTH STUDY
The insights, interviews and new scientific productions of the partners’ researchers will provide the basis for the creation of the innovative training course.
TECHNOLOGY INFRASTRUCTURE FOR TRAINING, DISSEMINATION AND SHARING
Website and social page for widest dissemination;
Virtual community of practices;
Innovative, functional, engaging e-learning platform with high-content training and assessment tools;
Platform testing by an identified target group.
QUALITY AND INNOVATIVENESS OF CONTENT AND ITS USE
Training packages consisting of multimedia content, in-depth texts, exercises and assessment tests;
Path of developing of what will be identified as the skills needed to become “culture builders” with a strong social impact on the community.
Target Group
The beneficiaries of the pilot experiment are at least 100 adults and young people over the age of 30 who will participate in training and experimental activities to acquire new skills to overcome the current crisis through education in digitization and operational innovation.
By involving different target groups, the project can be tested, disseminated and replicated until it becomes fully operational in partner countries.
The indirect target group includes citizens, young people aged 22-29, and families, who will participate in consultation and evaluation activities to disseminate and make the pilot project replicable.
In addition, the project aims to stimulate long-term reflection on belonging, connection with nature and cultural heritage, thus contributing to the social welfare of the communities involved.
Through this project, young adults will have the opportunity to become European citizens of the future with a strong social impact on local and global communities.
